The multilingual staff were attentive, making our check-in process seamless, and they provided great local recommendations. Our room was clean, quiet, and equipped with helpful extras like a microwave and cutlery, allowing for simple meals after long days exploring. While the absence of shower gel caught me off guard, the spa services proved quite beneficial, offering a tranquil escape to unwind. The location was indeed strategic, close to main roads, which made for easy access to the university and local amenities. I appreciated the facilities for business travelers, which even included a conference space. Despite minor hiccups, the Citigate was a practical choice for our family, and I would certainly consider returning.
